My overall goal was to build a bridge between the conventional territory of science and this new, strange territory, and to make it strong enough that my colleagues might be willing to walk across the bridge and join in the exploration. In all of this, I trusted my intuitive intelligence more than my logical intelligence but used both to sculpt the clay of my understanding. Thus, I often felt something was so before I was logically able to rationalize why it might be so. This process is still unfolding within me and I feel ready to move from the qualitative modeling perspective. However, before that next step is seriously taken, it seems important to lay out the qualitative picture to follow and then to point out the key differences between this model and the present conventional physics model.

These conjugate 4-spaces are thought to bear a special "mirror"-type relationship to each other, one being of the distance-time variety and the other being of its inverse (a frequency domain). The former is the home of electric matter of positive mass traveling at velocities slower than the speed of light, c, while the latter is the home of magnetic matter of negative mass traveling at velocities faster than the speed of light, c. Images of the magnetic charges in the "mirror" form magnetic dipoles in the distance-time domain so that the interaction of the electric charges with these magnetic dipole images constitute our conventional electromagnetism. Images of the electric charges in the "mirror" form electric dipoles in the frequency domain so that the interaction of the magnetic charges with the electric dipole images constitute another field of the magnetoelectric variety in that domain that is not observable by our conventional senses. To a close approximation, the configuration of magnetic substance in the frequency domain bears a "Fourier Transform" type of relationship with the configuration of electric substance in the distance-time domain. It is the interaction between these "matters", as viewed from the distance-time side of the "mirror", that constitutes what we presently call quantum mechanics. Further, it is precisely the direct space/inverse space pair of coordinate frames that lead to the wave/particle duality manifestations of nature on a microscopic level. Other possible 4-space pairs would not yield such behavior.
This is the main conceptual structure that appeared to my intuitive mind in the early 1970's as a possible structure of the universe which would allow new classes of phenomena to exist in the universe and be as valid as those perceived by our five physical senses but not be directly perceivable by that limited set of senses. My intellectual mind sought possible violations of fundamental laws, as distinct from accepted mind-sets, created by this conceptual structure and, over the years, became able to intellectually articulate the concepts in clearer and clearer fashion with violating any such laws.
So how is this wonderful piece of adaptive machinery thought to come about?
The Level One model sees it as a holographic construct. We now know that, if you shine a coherent beam of light off an object and you (i) reflect that beam onto a film plus (ii) also directly illuminate the film with the original reference beam, the film stores the information about the object in the phase differences between the two beams imprinted on the film (see Fig 6)(*2,*3). Later, one can take this developed plate of film, set it up as in Fig. 6 and shine a suitable laser beam through it, then the original pattern of the object will be restored. One can look at the film and actually see the object pattern projected into space in the location where the object was originally located relative to the film.

If we wish to use a "big bang" analogy then, at the inception of our universe, a burst of higher dimensional energy propagated outwards in 11-space and organized itself into a 10-D grid of active nodal points at the mind level. Thus, this space is not a continuum but has an ordered and granular structure. The 3-D analogue of this 10-D structure is thought to form a hexagonal close-packed array of nodal points with a lattice spacing, lambda (mind) = approx. 10 to the -27 meters; i.e.., the nodal points form an extremely fine grid.
This primary lattice of mind nodal points contains within itself two sub-lattices which are reciprocals of each other. The first sub-lattice is also a reciprocal of the primary mind lattice. The first sub-lattice has uniquely identifiable nodal points at a spacing of lambda (neg) = approx. 10 to the -17 meters and, at a 3-space level, is also of the close-packed hexagonal type but rotated by 90 degrees with respect to the primary lattice. This is called the negative space-time frame (-VE S-T) or inverse space-time frame and is the domain wherein etheric substance functions. The second sub-lattice is also formed from uniquely identifiable nodal points at a spacing of lambda (pos) = approx. 10 to the -7 meters and, at a 3-space level, is also of the hexagonal close-packed type but rotated a further 90 degrees with respect to the -VE S-T sub-lattice. This coarsest grid is called the positive space-time frame (+VE S-T) and is the domain wherein physical substance functions. Fig. 7a presents a picture of these nodal structures of space in a perfect lattice form. Fig. 7b illustrates how the situation might look when defects and disorder of the nodal points are present in the space. Thus, overall, we have three distinguishable types of nodal points forming networks with spacings that differ form each other by factors of approx. 10 to the 10. Order-disorder transformations are involved in the two coarsest networks so they can exhibit amorphous, polycrystalline or single crystalline type of character. Here, one grain is thought to differ from another largely by orientation of a special spin vector, tensor, torsion or other quality of the particular nodal network under consideration. The boundaries constitute relatively abrupt transitions from one vector, tensor, etc., direction to another. The nodal points themselves are not displaced in a particular polycrystalline array and the mind lattice is largely single crystalline. These grids of nodal networks are unique in that the waves traveling through the networks exhibit qualities of consciousness as distinct from energies. The conversion from consciousness to energies occurs at the nodal points themselves. The nodal points act as transponders converting consciousness to energies in the form of various subtle level and physical level mediators needed to interact with the various types of matter in the environment.

Here, G is the Gibb's free energy, H is the enthalpy, (slightly different than energy), T is temperature and S, entropy.
The easiest way for the system to gain entropy is to dissociate part or all of a nodal point into the interstitial territory of the network. These can be considered as point defects in the network and, although it costs energy to break these particles away from the nodal points, the entropy gained more than compensates in the free energy equation (especially at large T). Fig. 8 illustrates how the physical level free energy, G, is reduced by increase in the concentration, Cj, of the jth distinguishably different defect up to its equilibrium concentration, Cj*. A similar lowering of G occurs for each of the j-species. Initially, at very high physical temperatures, close to the origination point of the Big Bang, these j-species will be in the plasma state. Later, at lower T, they will transition to the gaseous state and, later still, at a further lowering of T, they will transition to the condensed states of liquid and solid. This will be the process for the formation of both mental and emotional atoms. The appropriate type holes left in the nodal points of the mind lattice will be the antimatter for these two types of substance.

Think of a fluctuation occurring in empty 9-space, that produces two polar opposites that are each 4-space types of substances. One half of the fluctuation is electrical in nature, has positive mass and energy, travels at velocities slower than the light velocity, c, and curves 4-space in such a direction as to produce gravitational forces. The other half of the fluctuation is magnetic in nature, has negative mass and energy, travels at velocities faster than c and curves 4-space in such a direction as to produce levitational forces. From this fluctuation, represented schematically in Fig. 9, the opposite sign masses cause the particles to be repelled from each other. In time, the electric-type particles combine with each other to form atoms, molecules, rocks, membranes, cells, organs, organic bodies, planets and worlds. Likewise, the magnetic-type particles combine with each other to form atoms, molecules, rocks, membranes, cells, organs, organic bodies, planets and worlds. One half of such fluctuations unite to produce a well-defined thermodynamic system of positive free energy. The other half of such fluctuations unite to also produce a well-defined thermodynamic system, but of negative free energy. Because of the light barrier at v=c, the two systems are designed to stay isolated from each other. If the initial particles formed in the fluctuations, were formed as an equilibrium fluctuation, then the free energy of formation was zero. Later, when the worlds have formed, the sum of the free energies for the two systems is still zero.

where B and n are some positive coefficients. When v/c < 1, E is positive, going to infinity when v=c. However, when v exceeds c very slightly, E becomes minus infinity and then increases to less negative values as v increases further. Even without such a higher dimensional description, the Klein-Gordon or the Dirac Equation (5), written in the form,
allows both positive mass, m, with positive momentum p=mv, and negative mass, m', with negative momentum, p'=m'v.
The upper right hand quadrant in Fig. 10 is the electric superluminal (tachion) branch first discussed by Sudarshan (*4). For this branch, mass is imaginary; i.e.., m' =im (i=(-1)1/2). By symmetry, the lower left hand quadrant must be the magnetic superluminal branch, m'' = -im. Terletski (*5) showed that, within the framework of relativistic kinematics and dynamics, there are no grounds for excluding any of these particles. The present framework of the theory of relativity admits three types of essentially different systems. (1) systems with positive proper mass, m2 > 0, E > 0, (2) systems with negative proper mass, m2 > 0, E < 0 and (3) systems with imaginary proper mass, m2 < 0. Systems of the second and third kinds appear to be forbidden by our present understanding macroscopic causality and the propositions of macroscopic physical thermodynamics. However, systems of the second kind obviously include the Dirac anti-electrons of negative mass (as contrasted with the hole in the vacuum having a positive effective mass) while systems of the third kind include the virtual particles of the quantum theory of fields.
Returning to our physical and etheric materials, a type of "mirror relationship" is thought to occur between their properties, just as an inversion mirror type of relationship through the v=c point occurs in Fig 10. Table 4 illustrates some of these mirror relationship properties.
Interaction between the physical and etheric particles is not possible unless something additional is added to the picture, because the light barrier at v=c in Fig. 10 keeps bare particles of these two types insulated from each other. To overcome this difficulty, I have postulated the existence of a 9-D substance, called the "deltron", which does not suffer the singularity at a velocity equal to c. The deltron particles can interact with etheric particles traveling at v > c and also interact with physical particles traveling at v &1t; c and can thus bring about energy exchange between them. Increasing the focus of human intention from the 10-D level increases the deltron content at the 9-D level and thus the coupling between physical and etheric substances at the 8-D level. In the physical atom, a shell of etheric particles is thought to exist in a narrow zone just inside and just outside the nucleus.
In 1924, De Broglie proposed a novel idea (*6). He postulated that the motion of a physical particle is governed by the propagation of certain "pilotwaves" which are intimately associated with the particle. A plot of the net pilot wave profile must be qualitatively like the curve shown in Fig. 11a with the physical particle being located somewhere with this ellipsoid-like envelope. From straightforward mathematical analysis (*7), one finds that the velocity of the individual oscillations of the pilotwaves, v', is always greater than the velocity of light, c, and its relationship to the velocity of the particle, v is given by:
Thus, the slower is the physical particle velocity, the faster is the pilot wave velocity with v' having a lower limit of v'=v=c and having a v=1 cm/s value of v' = c2.

To round out the picture, we need to mention here that, at each level of substance, special radiations (mediators) are present to allow the various substances to undergo their spectrum of energy transmissions and allow communication between the various particles of their intrinsic domain. At the physical and etheric levels, electric and magnetic radiations are produced. These couple together to produce electromagnetic (EM) radiations. Since we know that EM waves travel through vacuum, we can see that this can occur via the two nodal networks much as sound waves (phonons) travel through a crystal lattice. We can also deduce that the two sub-lattices must be polycrystalline at this point in time, and on a relatively fine scale for the +VE S-T nodal network, because the vacuum appears to be spatially isotropic on a fairly large scale. We can also anticipate the presence of a much higher velocity (v > > c), largely magnetic-type, wave traveling along the inverse S-T nodal network (referred to as magnetoelectric (ME) radiation). At the 9-D, emotional or astral (theosophical term) level, the radiations are of the deltron type (at this point, we are using the word deltron to represent both the 9-D particle as well as its mediator). What we call light, then, is a composite quantity consisting of at least EM, ME and deltron radiations. Most of us presently perceive only the EM radiation portion.
With the conventional physics model, empty space is implicitly the vacuum and space is a continuum while the vacuum is considered by many to be a negative energy sea of virtual (mathematically imaginary) particles. The Level One Model see space as a granular ordered network with the vacuum having a variety of substructures and negative energy bands filled with both negative mass (mathematically real) particles as well as virtual particles.
The conventional physical level physics model sees magnetic effects as only coming from the rotational aspects of electric charge while the Level One Model also utilizes real monopole magnetic charges but operating in a normally inaccessible domain (v > c) for our standard physical sensory system. The SU(2) versus the U(1) gauge differences between magnetic and electric charge in the conventional picture appear to be relevant here and may soften differences between the two approaches on this issue.
In the conventional physics model, wave-particle duality was a surprising observation that became a cornerstone of quantum mechanics. In the dual four-space construct of the Level One Model, it springs naturally from the inversion relationship between the two spaces. Other individuals have proposed and studied conjugate four-space systems, but the Level One arrangement of an 8-space comprised of two conjugate 4-spaces (inverses of each other) seems not to have been considered to date.
Finally, in the conventional physics model, although consciousness is tacitly allowed as a factor involved in the collapse of a wave function, there appears to be little room for robust mind action or applied human intention. However, in the Level One Model, this factor is central to the flow of events in human experience and is easily accommodated. In fact, the whole purpose of the simulator is the human learning of applied intentionality and applied love in the evolution of self towards higher states of structural organization and consciousness.
It is information waves, the "stuff" of
consciousness, that propagate along the nodal networks placing potential maps on
the vast array of nodal points of three different size scales and types. These
nodal points translate the information waves into transmitted energy patterns of
communicator/mediator particles for interacting with the various particles of
substance, physical and subtle.
